We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and delete them when no longer required.

Who we share it with

Messages are delivered via our email and hosting provider. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
